At Hand in Hand, I bring extensive experience in collaborating with individuals, families, guardians, and support networks. I am dedicated to empowering people with disabilities by emphasising their strengths and capabilities, providing tailored support that celebrates their potential.
Our Social Work services can be funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), My Aged Care, Self funded and Work Cover.
